Meet Your Sydney Skateboard Instructor
I’m Vladimir, a professional skateboarder who has been passionate about the sport since childhood, with 26 years of skateboarding experience, multiple championship wins and sponsorships behind me. For more than 16 years I have taught skaters around the world, from small villages in South America to students in Helsinki, and I am now based in Sydney coaching all ages and abilities. I hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Skateboarding is more than a sport to me. As a Sydney skateboard instructor, it is the passion that shaped who I am. It kept me fit, taught me discipline and patience, and gave me a place in a community I am proud to be part of. Now I want to pass that on to others.
What a Lifetime on a Board Taught Me About Teaching
Every skater learns differently. A nervous beginner needs a steady hand and a calm voice for that first push; an experienced skater needs one small correction that finally unlocks the trick they have been chasing. Teaching in villages, cities and skateparks across several countries taught me to read each student and adapt, building confidence before speed and progress through small wins repeated often. Skateboarding also gave me discipline, fitness and a clear head, and those are the things I hope every student takes away with them, along with the tricks.
