A Skateboarding School in Sydney for Kids and Adults
One2Flip is a one-instructor skateboarding school in Sydney: private lessons, small group classes and beginner programmes for kids and adults, at three skateparks across the city. I teach every session myself, with 26 years on a board and over 16 years of teaching, and build it around your level, your pace and your goals.
Choose the Lesson That Suits You
Private One-to-One Lessons
From $85 per hour
Focused, individual coaching shaped entirely around you. One hour suits younger children; two hours is recommended for teenagers and adults.
Small Group Sessions
From $55 per skater, per hour
Learn alongside a friend, sibling or partner in a fun, social setting while still getting individual attention.
Beginner Programmes
Total beginners welcome
Never stepped on a board? Balance, pushing, turning, stopping safely and dropping in, at your own pace, with no silly questions and no rushing.
What Every Lesson Includes
- A lesson plan built around your current level and what you want to achieve
- Patient, step-by-step coaching from a professional skateboarder, with no showing off and no rushing
- Safety first: helmet, knee and elbow pads and wrist guards for every lesson. No gear yet? Let me know when you book
- Bring your own board, or hire one for the lesson
- Flexible times, 7 days a week, at a skatepark near you
- Peace of mind for parents: I hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
How It Works

Get in touch
Send a message through the booking form with the skater’s age, level and the days that suit you. I reply promptly to arrange a time.

Your first lesson
Meet at the skatepark, get comfortable on the board and start with the fundamentals: stance, balance, pushing and stopping. You will be rolling by the end of the first session.

Keep progressing
Book single sessions as you go, or save with a lesson package and build steadily from your first push to your first tricks.
Where I Teach Skateboarding Lessons in Sydney
Three Sydney skateparks, 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm. In the longer summer evenings a session can run a little later; I never teach after dark. Book any day that suits you.
